Biography
Kerstin Möseneder, born in Ried/Innkreis in Upper Austria, made her A-Level at the Grammar school Grieskirchen. She learned how to play the piano, took singing lessons and was a junior student at the Bruckner Conservatory Linz with the flute.
Kerstin Möseneder studied Music, English, and Voice (Prof. Norbert Prasser, Prof. Ingrid Janser-Mayr) at the University Mozarteum Salzburg. She graduated 2009 with excellence.
The young singer could gain first stage experiences at the Summer Theatre Haag and the Salzburg Festival as Choir Soloist. (Gluck „Alceste“, Ivor Bolton 2005 - Choirsoloist, Mozart „Idomeneo“, Sir Roger Norrington 2007, Paisiello „Il matrimonio inaspettato“, Ricardo Muti 2008, Händel “Theodora”, Ivor Bolton 2009).
Kerstin Möseneder is also a wanted concert singer for Oratorio, Lied and Operetta. (Concerts in well known concert halls like, Herkulessaal Munich, Opera Shanghai, Town Theatre Wels, Brucknerhaus Linz or the Salzburg Festival House). Concerttours in Italy, Spain, Germany, Ireland and China.
